पटना में लालू प्रसाद के रिश्तेदार की हत्या

पटना : राजद अध्यक्ष लालू प्रसाद के साले और पूर्व सांसद सुभाष यादव के साले पंकज उर्फ पप्पू यादव (35) और उसके नौकर बबलू (25) की अपराधियों ने गोली मार कर हत्या कर दी.

पप्पू का शव मंगलवार की सुबह दीघा थाने से सटी नहर के पास पानी भरे पोखर से मिली, जबकि नौकर की लाश राजीव नगर थाने के आकाशवाणी रोड स्थित पप्पू के घर से. दोनों की हत्या कनपटी में गोली मार कर की गयी है. पप्पू यादव विधान परिषद में रूटीन क्लर्क था. खाजपुरा में उसकी शराब की दुकान भी है. हत्या के पीछे कौन थे और उसकी हत्या क्यों की गयी, इसका खुलासा नहीं हो पाया है.

सूचना मिलते ही सुभाष यादव समेत कई नजदीकी रिश्तेदार घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे. इन दिनों पप्पू अपनी पत्नी से अलग आकाशवाणी रोड स्थित घर मीरगंज कोठी में रह रहा था. घटनास्थल से फौरेंसिक विभाग की टीम ने कई तरह के नमूने भी लिये हैं. मौके पर सिटी एसपी किम, कोतवाली डीएसपी विवेकानंद सहित कई पुलिस पदाधिकारी पहुंचे और छानबीन की.

कनपटी में सटा कर मारी गोली

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि सोमवार की रात साढ़े नौ बजे एक गाड़ी से चार-पांच लोग आये. सभी पप्पू के घर में घुस गये. उसके बाद उसके घर से टीवी की तेज आवाज आने लगी. इसी बीच अपराधियों ने पहले नौकर बबलू की कनपटी में गोली मार कर हत्या कर दी और उसके बाद पप्पू को गाड़ी में बैठा कर ले गये. मंगलवार की सुबह पप्पू की लाश दीघा नहर के पास पोखर से मिली.

पप्पू को भी अपराधियों ने कनपटी में सटा कर गोली मारी थी. घटना की सूचना सुबह पुलिस के साथ ही परिजनों को मिली. दीघा पुलिस ने जब नहर के पास से लावारिस शव बरामद कर छानबीन शुरूकी, तो मामले का खुलासा हुआ. शव की पहचान पप्पू के रूप में हुई.

उसके बाद पुलिस की टीम जब घर पर पहुंची, तो वहां नौकर बबलू की लाश पड़ी हुई मिली. उसको भी कनपटी में सटा कर गोली मारी गयी थी. बबलू झारखंड के गोड्डा का रहनेवाला था. वह काफी दिनों से पप्पू के घर नौकर था. पप्पू का मोबाइल फोन पुलिस को सगुना मोड़ के पास से मिला है. वह मूल रूप से गोपालगंज के मीरगंज के रहनेवाला था.

Early life

Jha was born in 1963.^[2] He received a Ph.D. in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a B.S. in engineering from the University of Liverpool.

On August 4, 2008 it was announced he would be the new CEO for the Motorola Mobile Devices business.^[3]

Before joining Motorola, Sanjay Jha was COO of Qualcomm and president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. As COO, Jha was overlooking Corporate Research and Development and Qualcomm Flarion Technologies (QFT) in addition to his role as president of QCT, the chipset and software division of Qualcomm Incorporated.

Before joining Qualcomm, Jha held lead design engineering roles with Brooktree Corporation in San Diego, and Hirst Research Centre in London.

Jha began his career at Qualcomm in 1994 as a senior engineer with the Qualcomm very-large-scale integration group working on theGlobalstar satellite phone, and later on the first 13k vocoder application-specific integrated circuit, which was integrated into Qualcomm's MSM2200 chipset. In 1997, Jha was promoted to vice president of engineering, where he was responsible for leading the integrated-circuit engineering group. Jha led and oversaw the development of five generations of modem and cell site chipsets, both digital baseband and RF (radio frequency), and system software. He was promoted to senior vice president of engineering in 1998.

In 2002, Jha led the formation of Qualcomm Technologies & Ventures, where he managed both the technology investment portfolio and the new technology group as senior vice president and general manager. Jha became executive vice president of Qualcomm and president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies in 2003. He was named COO in December 2006.

Jha serves two prominent industry roles in addition to his leadership at Qualcomm. In June 2005, he was elected to the board of directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association. He also serves as vice chairman of the Fabless Semiconductor Association.

As a Co-CEO of Motorola in 2008, Sanjay Jha earned a total compensation of $8,462,544, which included a base salary of $905,769, a $836,931 cash bonus, stocks granted of $2,356,136, and options granted of $4,004,000.^[4][5]

After the Google acquisition of Motorola Mobility is complete, Jha will receive $13.20 million dollars in cash and $52.5 million for his stock options and shares. The cash component of the Golden Parachute package includes $10.8 million in severance pay and a $2.4 million bonus. The cash portion is equal to three times Jha’s base salary and bonus.^[6] Jha stepped down after the deal was completed on 22 May 2012.

Again There is An Election !!!

Again we are daily listening in news about the Bihar, Jharkhand election again there will be violance and there will be people who will die for election or due to election. Why we are going for election in these type of states when the fate is always known. This question always tend me to clue less think.

What we are achieving from these elections ? What a common people think ? How severe is the condition of Bihar/Jharkhand ? Can any official has given think on it ? No. It seems now Bihar's growing industry these days is abducting. Daily hundreds of people being kidnapped for ransom. All people who are behind it are political bandits that everybody knows but no one knows. In recent weeks even kids are also not spared and in just last week we saw mass kidnapping of kids in Bihar capital and its district. Kislay from Patna and two others from Patna, one from Bhagalpur, Hajipur etc are the recent case. Whom to blame for this ? Certainly the state government whose lawless governance behind all these to happen direct or indirectly. I never thought in my childhood about these fears, but for several years it became so common that every people even out side India knew that what happening in Bihar.

Yesterday one news channel was showing about private armys operating in Bihar and it clearly says that it is being founded to counter attack other peoples army or naxalites. This means from one army to another army and so on... there will be no end like chain reaction we will certainly see some more private army in Bihar in very near future. Where we are going ? Why do not we make fool proof laws to protect all these. To become a political person for a goondah is very easy job. I never saw in India any political leader who having lots of charges against him are in Jail for forever. They get acquitted in 3 - 4 months or in a year. Where are our laws are working ? I must say that the two tier architecture of our law system is the culprit. After a certain level police is also help less and court always get less evidence. If a lower court gives some order the court higher than the lower court reverses that order. Why this is so ? In which court we should beleive ? lower or higer ?

I urge all people of Bihar now this is high time to think about this serious issue and keep in mind this is last and final for their life. So come out of home and make a change possible.

Language etiquette of leaders

You wont be amazed hearing leaders when they standup in a podium or they speak to media persons. How they mould any question pretensly this is really shame for our country. Yes the politicis is all about how perfect you pretense in front of public. They became so perfect in the speaking in public that no one except journalists interrupt them. Daily we watch interviews and speeches of politicians in for Bihar election. I personally got hurt that how far they can go for the election. This is the time when they make promises (tons of promises). But forget these promises after the winning result come. Now you also cannot realizes on the debate. This seems now that they only want to speak not to listen.

Every time you ask policticians about the development and the failure of the government always they would not give to the point answer but they give answer which is enough for public to divert their mind from the original cause. I beleive that those politicians who do not able to give the answer directly must be not serious about our country our state our district. For the current time the politics is the best possible employment option for public. They only have to work ( Sorry work for themselves) once in a 5 year for 2 - 3 months. Rest of the time they only think how to keep themselves top of every one. You can imagine the facility of power, money in the politics thats why a politician never quit till his last breath.

Like other jobs the time of retirement for the politicians should be fixed. So that after some age people wont face them atleast.

May GOD bless our Bihar and Jharkhand and hope we would have one day developed Bihar/Jharkhand.

शर्मसार माहौल में संवेदनशीलता और मानवता की किरण - सी आई एस एफ के जवान और कार चालक को सलाम

कल पटना गाँधी मैदान से सटे एक्जिविसन रोड में दिन दुपहरिया जो शर्मनाक वाकया हुआ उसकी जितनी भी भर्त्सना की जाय कम है. हम सब को मिल बैठकर सोचने की जरूरत है की ऐसी घटनायों की पुर्नावृत्ति कैसे रोकी जाय .इस तरह का वीभत्स व्यवहार तो निरा बर्बर समुदायों में ही संभव है.अब जब यह हादसा हो गया है तो इस कुकृत्य में सीधे तौर पर शामिल लोगों पर तो कार्रवाई हो ही , उन लोगों पर भी करवाई होनी चाहिए जो बतौर मूक दर्शक इसमें शामिल थे.
हाँ संतोष इस बात का है की समाज की संवेदन शीलता ख़तम नहीं हुयी है .हम उस बहादुर जवान और कार चालक को सलाम करते हैं और उम्मीद करते हैं की उसे राजकीय सम्मान मिले . और उस महिला का चरित्र हनन करने वाले पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों को भी उचित सजा मिले.
ये जनाब कुछ इस अंदाज में उस महिला को जिस्म फरोश कह रहे थे जैसे उनको यह अधिकार मिला है की जिस्म फरोसी में शामिल हर महिला को वे ऐसी सजा दिलवाएं .सरकार ऐसे संवेदनहीन और भ्रष्ट पुलिस वालों से तो निपटे या न निपटे हम जरूर भगवान से प्रार्थना करेंगें की प्रभु इन्हें सद्बुद्धि दें ,और इनके अपनों को इस महिला जैसा दिन कभी न देखना पड़े .

सीआईएसएफ का जवान था युवती को थाने पहुंचाने वाला

पटना एक्जीबिशन रोड पर भरी भीड़ से युवती को बचा कर गांधी मैदान पहुंचाने वाला केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल का जवान था। इसके अलावा डेयरी प्रोजेक्ट के निदेशक के कार चालक ने भी युवती को भीड़ से निकालने में अहम भूमिका निभाई थी।
एक्जीबिशन रोड पर गुरुवार की शाम जब भारी भीड़ युवती के साथ बदसलूकी कर रही थी तो दो युवकों के हौसले ने मानवता को और ज्यादा शर्मसार होने से बचा लिया था। गुरुवार की शाम वरीय पुलिस अधिकारियों ने इन्हें बिहार पुलिस का जवान बताते हुये इनकी खोज किये जाने की बात कही थी। पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार इनमें से एक केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल का जवान देवेंद्र था। यह एक्जीबिशन रोड स्थित एक बैंक आया हुआ था। भीड़ देख जब वह मामला जानने नजदीक गया तो उसे भरी भीड़ में युवती फंसी नजर आयी। उसने अपना परिचय देखकर राकेश व युवती को भीड़ से बाहर निकाला। इस काम में डेयरी प्रोजेक्ट के निदेशक के चालक विनीत ने भी अहम भूमिका निभाई। ये दोनों ही राकेश व युवती को लेकर गांधी मैदान पहुंचे। दोनों को आज पुलिस मुख्यालय बुला कर इनकी पीठ ठोंकी गयी। पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार इन दोनों को जल्द ही सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

Stripping of woman

PATNA: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday reshuffled the state's top police brass following an alleged assault and stripping of a woman by a group of men. The incident shocked the nation.
Fourteen Indian Police Service (IPS) officers including the inspector general of police and the deputy inspector general have been transferred, IANS reported.
Top police officers in Patna, including district and city police chiefs, have been removed and posted at different places.
Fourteen deputy superintendents of police have also been transferred.
The reshuffle of the police brass is being seen as a damage control exercise after the opposition and women's rights activists criticised the government for alleged lawlessness in the state.
A group of men had abused, assaulted and then stripped a woman in her 20s in full public view at a busy road in the state capital Thursday evening.
A police team was reportedly present at the site and watched the attack on the woman for nearly an hour before taking the culprits to the police station.
Assistant sub-inspector Shiv Nath Singh, who was in charge of patrolling the area, has already been suspended for not helping the woman in time.
The woman was identified as a resident of Jesidih, a town in the neighbouring state Jharkhand. Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Punaichak here, had lured her to Patna with a promise of providing a job to her.
Soon after she came here, Rakesh allegedly forced her to have sex with his friends. She ran away from the hotel where she had been staying with him for the last few days. However, Rakesh and his friends caught up with her and attacked her.
3 held for assault on girl in public
According to PTI, three persons were on Saturday arrested in connection with alleged assault and stripping of a young woman by a group of people.
Police said the arrested persons were Ashok Kumar, owner of the hotel where the woman allegedly engaged in flesh trade stayed, and the hotel manager besides an alleged pimp.
DIG Police (central range) J S Gangwar said that the arrests were made after a case was registered on the basis of the woman's statement under various sections of the IPC and the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

राजधानी पटना के एक हाई स्कूल में शिक्षा , शिक्षक और बेचारे विद्यार्थियों का हाल - दैनिक जागरण , पटना से एक खबर 


पटना के हवाले ,पटना जिले के धनरुआ प्रखंड में स्थित पभेडा हाई स्कूल की एक खबर आई है. पभेडा , पटना मसौढ़ी गया रोड के निकट एक बड़ा गाँव और बाजार है. मोबाइल और लैंड लाइन टेलिफोन की सुविधा,पभेड़ी मोड़ पटना गया उच्च पथ पर स्थित एक ठीक ठाक बाजार ,प्रखंड मुख्यालय से पभेडा गाँव महज चार किलो मीटर की दूरी . राजधानी पटना भी बीस किलो मीटर से ज्यादा दूर नहीं.मतलब पभेडा गाँव हर मायने में आधुनिक संचार , यातायात और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था केंद्र के बेहद निकट अवस्थित है..आप पढ़ कर अनुमान लगाएं की इस स्कूल में क्या हो रहा होगा. हमने शिक्षा को किन लोगों के हवाले कर दिया है और नयी पीढ़ी को क्या पढ़ा और सिखा रहे हैं.अगर पभेडा हाई स्कूल में यह सब हो सकता है तो सुदूर देहाती स्कूलों और खास कर प्राथमिक तथा मध्य विद्यालयों में बच्चों पर किस किस तरह के जुल्म ढाए जाते होंगें ? मन सिहर उठता है.

Twitter Delicious Facebook मसौढ़ी धनरूआ प्रखंड की आदर्श पंचायत पभेड़ा स्थित श्री राम हरि उच्च विद्यालय के एक शिक्षक ने दर्जनों छात्रों को शुक्रवार को पिटाई कर दी, जिससे चार छात्र गंभीर रूप से जख्मी हो गये। बाद में उनका उपचार स्थानीय निजी क्लीनिक में कराया गया। इन छात्रों का दोष इतना था कि मुख्यमंत्री की विकास यात्रा की संभावित दौरे को लेकर शुक्रवार की सुबह योजनाओं की समीक्षा करने गये बीडीओ से ग्रामीणों ने विद्यालय की बदतर स्थिति की शिकायत की थी और इन शिकायतों की जांच करने बीडीओ विद्यालय पहुंचे थे। वहां छात्र-छात्राओं ने ग्रामीणों की शिकायत की पुष्टि भर कर दी थी। इस बीच बीडीओ ने विद्यालय की बदतर स्थिति की लिखित जानकारी एडीओ को देते हुए कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया है।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक धनरूआ प्रखंड की पभेड़ा पंचायत सरकार द्वारा घोषित आदर्श पंचायत है। ऐसी संभावना जतायी जा रही है कि मुख्यमंत्री अपनी विकास यात्रा को लेकर निकट भविष्य में इस पंचायत का भी दौरा करेगे। मुख्यमंत्री के इस दौरे को लेकर शुक्रवार की सुबह बीडीओ शंकर प्रसाद सिंह पभेड़ा पंचायत में क्रियान्वित योजनाओं की समीक्षा करने पहुंचे वहां ग्रामीणों ने उनसे गांव में स्थित श्री राम हरि उच्च विद्यालय की बदहाल स्थिति की शिकायत की। ग्रामीणों से मिली इन शिकायतों की जांच करने बीडीओ तुरन्त विद्यालय पहुंचे। वहां की स्थिति देख वे चकित रह गये। विद्यालय में गंदगी का अंबार लगा था और छात्र-छात्राएं खेल रहे थे। विद्यालय के कुल दस शिक्षकों में से प्रधानाध्यापक सत्य नारायण सिंह समेत नौ शिक्षक व दोनों आदेशपाल अनुपस्थित थे। हालांकि प्रधानाध्यापक ने उन्हे सेलफोन पर खुद को जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के कार्यालय में कार्यवश होने को बताया। छात्र-छात्राओं ने भी बीडीओ से हमेशा अधिकांश शिक्षकों के अनुपस्थित रहने व इस कारण उनका पठन-पाठन बाधित रहने की शिकायत दर्ज करायी। उधर जांच के बाद बीडीओ के लौट जाने के करीब दो घंटे के उपरान्त विद्यालय के शिक्षक ब्रजेश कुमार, पूनम कुमारी व उपेन्द्र कुमार वहां पहुंचे। शिक्षकों को देख कक्षा नौवीं व दशमी के छात्रों ने उनसे कक्षा लेने का अनुरोध किया। बीडीओ से खुद की गयी शिकायत से पहले से ही आक्रोशित शिक्षक ब्रजेश कुमार तिलमिला उठे और उन्होंने पहले उन छात्रों के साथ अपशब्दों का प्रयोग किया और फिर उनसे बदला लेने की एक सोची समझी साजिश के तहत कक्षा लेने के बहाने उन्हे कक्षा में ले गये और वहां छात्रों को डंडा, चप्पल से पीटना शुरू कर दिया इससे छात्र चोटिल हो गये। थाना में लिखित आवेदन दिया।

ऊपर की यह खबर जमीनी स्तर पर शिक्षा की बदहाल व्यवस्था से साक्षात्कार कराता है . सरकारी व्यवस्था के विपरीत हासिये पर स्थित देहाती तबकों में शिक्षा की ललक और व्यक्तिगत निष्ठा और समर्पण का दर्शन कराती ऊपर में दी गयी तीन तस्वीरें धनरुआ प्रखंड के मध्य विद्यालय ननौरी की है. दिसम्बर महीने का पहला सप्ताह , समय सुबह के साढ़े आठ बजे. गाँव के एक उतसाही आदर्शवादी व्यक्ति स्कूल खुलने के पहले गाँव के बच्चों को अपने निजी स्तर पर प्रारभ्मिक शिक्षा देते हैं . स्कूल भवन , पढ़ाने वाले की निष्ठा और बच्चों की स्थिती पर गौर करें . गाँव के bottom ५०% के बच्चे पढ़ना लिखना सीख रहें हैं.पढ़ने वालों में बालिकायों की संख्या पर देखें . पढ़ने और पढ़ाने की कैसी ललक है यहाँ . पर सरकारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर कैसे लोगों का कब्जा है और वो कैसे कैसे सितम ढाते
